Course Content

Swiss Pediatrician Heiner Frei’s work is remarkable in every sense of the word. For decades, he has carefully assessed the client symptoms and modalities which provided the strongest indicators for successful outcomes, as he worked with clients in his busy practice. He has conducted several rigorous research studies, and published their results. He has written two Polarity Analysis texts. His website generously shares many hours of written and video training materials. He lectures frequently about PA, inspiring other practitioners to use this proven approach which is quite different than many other methods of contemporary homeopathy.

Tim Shannon, ND, DHANP, Mike Knapp, ND, and Margery Stearns, CCH share Heiner’s vision of polarity analysis as a catalyst to improve clinical outcomes and increase accessible, effective care for clients and practitioners. After 15 years of clinical practice based on training with Massimo Mangialavore and other leading teachers, Tim learned about polarity analysis. For the past 4 years now, Tim has used this approach exclusively and successfully in his busy practice.

With a desire to help other homeopaths get through the learning curve for this method, Tim and the PA team contacted Heiner to discuss the potential for teaching PA, with an emphasis on clinical experience. The result of those conversations is this three month course, with 16 sessions and 43.5 hours of class and clinic. The course covers the methodology and research, and the mechanics of polarity analysis. More importantly, it is filled with clinical experience, subtle perceptions and practical advice for practitioners who want to use PA well. More than half of the course time is spent in clinic, seeing clients for intakes and follow ups. Discussion and Q&A are part of each session. Participants have case supervision opportunities each month, to bring their own PA case notes in to class for mentoring.

Using a virtual classroom with a HIPAA compliant online clinic, this course allows each student to have a wise and experienced guide nearby. Sessions are recorded and can be reviewed when convenient. Additionally, a video case library offers additional independent study opportunities. If you are ready to learn to use polarity analysis, everything you need is right here for you!

Does Heiner Frei teach this class?

That’s a great question! Not directly. Heiner is incredibly productive… and still there is only so much that one person can do in a day or a year! Our mission is to extend his work with this course.  We  reach out to him for clarification if needed. All our students can take advantage of the great training materials he has created and posted on his website.
