Example Client Post-Covid Questionnaire

Homework: Access your PA software account, download questionnaire, select some symptoms based on a complaint you have had, and then use the PA software to create a chart. Search for a symptom, notice the correspondence between “Checklist” in software and the items on questionnaire. Try adjusting the sort order, blinding the client name, looking at the contraindications, scrolling back and forth through the results chart, saving your chart, creating a duplicate consultation to edit differently… play with the software to be ready for Saturday!
